| The Western North Carolina Quilters Guild revealed the 2025-2025 Raffle Quilt in August 2025. The quilt is aptly named Ferns & Flowers All Around. This queen-size quilt has a very special story. The pattern was part of a beloved guild member's stash. The guild member, Donna Tyler, passed away in 2025. Her family donated the pattern and some of the materials. The Guild extends a special thanks to members who worked on this quilt: quilt creators: Debra Gaddy and Camie Keeter; longarm quilting: Laura Jones; and binding: Dawn Sorrento. The quilt will be on display at events and meetings through May 16, 2026. Click the donations button below to purchase tickets $1 per ticket or 6 tickets for $5. Tickets may be purchased in person at guild meetings on the third Thursday of every month. The drawing will be held on May 16, 2026 at the Garden of Quilts Quilt Show. All proceeds from the raffle will go the support guild activities. |
