How to Enter
Please read carefully and adhere to all rules, directions and deadlines.
How to Enter - Printer Friendly PDF
HAND DELIVERY
- Fill out Entry Part 1 for each item entered.
- Mail Entry Part 1 to Barbara Ruff, 110 White Cedar Lane, Hendersonville, NC 28791
- Entry Part 1 must be received no later than September 16, 2010.
- Fill out Part 2 – Quilt Receipt
- Bring quilt AND completed Part 2 – Quilt Receipt AND a canned good (or $1) per quilt to:
Etowah United Methodist Church, 110 Brickyard Rd, Etowah, NC - Hand delivery must be made on September 23, 2010 between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
HAND RETURN
- Quilt returns are at Blue Ridge Community College Conference Center, Flat Rock, NC.
- All items must be picked up at 4:45 PM on October 17, 2010.
- In order to pick up your quilt, you must present Part 2 – Quilt Receipt or the postcard or E-mail message sent to you.

MAIL-IN DELIVERY
- Fill out Entry Part 1
- Mail completed Entry Part 1 with quilt in a returnable box.
- Include a separate, unsealed envelope containing the following:
- Part 3 – Return Check List
- Check or money order payable to Western North Carolina Quilters Guild to cover return shipping and insurance.
- Completed “TO” and “FROM” shipping labels.
- E-mail Barbara Ruff (see address below) when you mail your quilt. She will e-mail you when your quilt is received. This e-mail message must be presented as proof of ownership if you intend to pick up your quilt instead of receiving it by mail.
- OR enclose a self-addressed, stamped postcard which will be returned to you upon receipt of quilt. This postcard would be your proof of ownership if you choose to pick up your quilt instead of receiving it by mail.
Mail all of the above along with your $1 per quilt donation for the food pantry to:

MAIL RETURN
Items will be returned as instructed on Part 3 – Return Check List.
