WNCQG Fall Retreat

Quilt all day, sleep at home! Gather with quilting friends to welcome fall!

The WNCQG fall retreat will take place on October 28, 29, and 30 at Bonclarken Conference Center. Registration is open to members and non-members. Space is limited, so don't delay signing up.

The retreat is a great opportunity to gather with fellow quilters and to socialize while working on and completing projects. Attendees should bring their machines, sewing tools, and project materials on the first day. The retreat room is secure so there is no need to tidy up before you leave each evening.

Bring your favorite mug, and if you would like, you may bring snacks to share!

Registration

To reserve your spot for this retreat you may either register in person at the monthly guild meeting or contact program chairpersons at programs2025@westernncquilters.org. 

All guild members are invited to attend the annual holiday tea hosted by Area D. This event is a great time to gather together and celebrate our quilting community! 

The holiday tea will include special entertainment, a short business meeting, announcement of 2026 officers, and show and tell. 

If you wish to attend the holiday tea you must register. The cost of the ticket is free. Space is limited so be sure to register by November 23, 2026.
